GANT Rugger Spring/Summer 2012 “Nouveau Prep"

Here is GANT spring/summer 2012 line.GANT calls this look "Nouveau Prep". What I really like about GANT 2012 line is that ,they made use of various types of patterns.The other brands that I posted before, stay  conservative when it came to patterns and stripes. Great choice of fabrics as well.Short with blazer is a brilliant idea.My favorite look is the pink OCBD shirt with the blue gingham blazer with the go to hell green pants.

Austra - Believe Me

I'm a huge fan of Austra's vocalist Katie Stelmanis.I just wish she put more music.In my opinion I think she is the best female singer right now.She is exceedingly gifted, she has a great voice and can also play piano very good .I came across to this video last night and was in complete astonishment I probably watch the video four times yesterday, because I was soooo speechless.

Lands'Ends always been a great company.But in the recent years I notice they been in a revival very similar to J.Crew.I'm a big fan of their Canvas line, which I own a couple of items.Each year they improve.What I like about the Canvas line is that their clothing is classic and affordable.I notice this year more improvements, when it comes to men footwear.The look is very versatile, because the line offers summer dresses and bathing suits for women. For men, I'm sure the madras blazers are going to be big sellers. Pretty solid line in my opinion, cause they also have great accessories  for men and women. The line offers great pieces for a party in summer time to just relaxing on a boat. The number one thing that I always liked about Lands'Ends is that they never change their style, they always had that nautical  look.I can't wait for their spring/summer 2012 line to come out.

 For my New Yorkers, especially for my indie music lovers.A Captured Track band that will be playing soon is Blouse, which I will definitely see.Blouse is a amazing band that I'm happy to discover.Blouse will be playing January 31 at 285 Kent Ave.Their debut album I highly recommend. Class Actress will also be playing at Music Hall of Williamsburg Friday Feburary 3, 2012.Widowspeak and Dum Dum Girls will be playing February 7 in Music Hall of Williamsburg.

The collection for Spring/Summer is soooo preppy inspired. The collection was influence by F.Scott Fitzgerald novel “The Great Gatsby”.I like every look in the collection, I would love to have the collection in my wardrobe.The collection consistent of regular classic staples every gentleman should own.V-necks,chinos, trench coat, canvas sneakers,espadrilles,stripe shirts and cardigans were used throughout the collection. Neutral colors and pastels were used in this collection.The collection is very spring and summer appropriate.Maison Kitsuné included all the necessary pieces for staying well dress in spring and summer. For example, you have the v-neck and the cardigan, which are great pieces to layer on those chilly spring/summer days.The trench is great for those rainy days.In my opinion Maison Kitsuné put out a smashing collection for Spring/Summer 2012 that was well thought of.Whats your opinion on Maison Kitsuné Spring/Summer 2012?
